Confession time. I have a shoe fetish. Not your average shoe fetish but a baby shoe fetish. It all started when I bought a lot of baby clothes off ebay. In the lot also came about 10 pairs of shoes. They were so cute I couldn’t believe it. Since then I have been hooked. My current favourite pair are these.

They look like lace-ups but they really close via velcro. They are so easy to put on when baby D is wriggling around. I have also recently bought these from Darling Shoes:

Unfortunately they are still a little big so I’ll have to wait a while for baby D to wear them. The turtle (velcro) shoes above are getting a bit on the small side so I went back to the store they came from to find another pair. For some stupid reason they only come as a full outfit (you can’t buy them separately) and they don’t come in bigger sizes. For what it’s worth I even wrote an email to the company requesting that they make these shoes available in larger sizes and without having to purchase them with the outfits. I’m sure it will come to nothing, but it made me feel better. Instead I settled on a pair of Robeez which I hear are pretty good too.

And they even came with a pair of matching socks for free. Oooooh Ahhhh
